OUR FACILITIES
Located in Hillcrest, South Australia we're only a short distance from the city and easy to find off Northeast Road.
We shoot using Nikon full frame with up to 2 professional studio lights and a wide range of backdrops.
The studio is custom built allowing us to shoot a range of scenes with different groups. We also shoot directly to a monitor allowing us to discuss your requirements directly from a large screen.
We provide a dedicated changeroom for outfit changes during longer sessions if required.
With a park across the road there's also plenty of parking.
BOOKING
Prior to booking a commercial shoot, we'll conduct a free consult with you to ensure we understand your requirements and offer your business a service that will meet its needs.
Booking is easy with our online booking system allowing you to select the dates, times and sessions available. If you prefer, you can contact us via email or phone to book your shoot.
A booking fee of $40 is payable at this time and in case of a cancellation can be used towards the purchase of photos at a later date.
Note that sessions can be extended by 15 minute blocks for $40, allowing for additional shooting time for greater variety or to allow for another person joining the shoot.
THE SHOOT
Prior to the session we'll discuss which backdrops match your products and have them ready on arrival.
At the conclusion of the shoot we'll discuss the editing techniques and preferences for your image selections.
The balance of your session fee is payable at the end of the shoot.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We provide a range of payment methods including cash, direct debit and square which accepts Visa, Mastercard and Amex.
We are also an Afterpay provider.
EDITING
We discuss the editing process with you at the end of the shoot to understand the editing style you want for your photos. We can amend images to suit the tones and styles of existing branding and images.
We have the ability to apply a range of advanced photoshop techniques to your images as well as crop them to precise sizes for printed or online publishing.
ONLINE GALLERY
After the shoot, we'll email you instructions to access your secure, online gallery.
All unique photos from the shoot will be cropped and edited slightly before posting to the gallery.
From there, you will be able to review and select the photos to be used for presentation.
YOUR PHOTOS
Once you have selected your final photos for editing, we will notify you within a couple of business days that your photos are ready for download from your gallery.
Your images will be stored in the gallery for several months allowing you to request additional digital copies.
From your gallery, they will be stored on a secure amazon server for up to 5 years.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
If you require printing and framing of your photos, please let us know, we work with the most experienced and highly rated printers and framers in Adelaide.
We also have printable booklets available which can be designed directly from your gallery.
Photo restoration and additional photo retouching is also available.
